Career Opportunity: Manager – Internal Audit at SLTMOBITEL
Sri Lanka Telecom PLC (SLTMOBITEL), the national telecommunications service provider and digital technology leader in Sri Lanka, is seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to join their team as Manager – Internal Audit.
Key Responsibilities:

Planning, supervising, and reviewing financial, operational, and risk-based audits across the organization.

Supporting senior Internal Audit leadership in setting strategic direction and developing the Annual Group Internal Audit Plan.

Maintaining quality assurance over audit work, preparing comprehensive reports, and assisting with divisional administrative functions.

Guiding and developing audit staff while ensuring effective internal controls and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills Required:

Professional Qualification: Associate Member of ICASL or ACCA.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of combined internal and/or external audit experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.

Technical & Interpersonal Skills: Strong understanding of business operations and processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills with proficiency in IT systems.

Ability to handle multiple assignments, work punctually, and meet deadlines with precision.
